 This very comfortable house of 250 m2 is situated in the small historical town of Oprtalj (or Portole in Italian). It has its own private spa with indoor swimming pool, jetstream, Jacuzzi, sauna, massage mattress and special relax area. From the living room or large terrace you have a wonderful view over Tuscan-like landscape, with vineyards and olive trees. On a clear day you can see both the Alps as the Mediterranean Sea. This house was completely renovated in 2005. Care was taken to preserve the historical elements in the house. At the same time it is fully equipped and disposes central (floor) heating. There are 4 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. We can house 2 to 8 people with guaranteed privacy. The rent is between 750 and 1.990 Euro per week, depending on the number of people and season.

Balini, a traditional stone house, with private swimming pool |
 Our villa "Balini" is a traditional Istrian stone house of 180 m24 to 10 people, within a Mediterranean garden including a large swimming pool (4 x 8 m), heated by sun pannels and authentic Istrian barbecue (BBQ). The house contains two fully equipped apartments. This house received a 4 star categorization from the Istrian tourism authorities. The rent for this house is between 600 and 1.500 Euro per week, depending on the number of people and season.
